ศอกงัด /Elbow Uppercut

คือการตีศอกด้วยศอกหน้าหรือศอกหลัง ในทิศทางจากล่างขึ้นบนตรงๆเป้าหมายที่ปลายคาง หน้าอก ลิ้นปี่ หรือใบหน้าการตีศอกงัดให้ได้ผลจะต้องอาศัยการย่อตัวแล้วยืดขึ้น ถ่ายน้ำหนักจากเท้าหลังมาเท้าหน้า ฟันศอกให้เป็นมุมแหลมที่สุด บิดสะโพกไปในทิศทางที่สอดคล้องกับศอกที่ตีเช่นตีด้วยศอกซ้าย ก็ให้บิดสะโพกหันมาทางขวาข้างหลัง
